Our experience with Brittany was memorable. We just moved out of state and finding a home in a new area is very difficult. Brittany always went out of her way to help us find the best option possible. She always did her best to speak to the listing agent to get all our questions answered and was on top of her game to get the contract submitted on time every single time. We hired a buyer's agent to help us with our home search moving from a condo to home during COVID. Our agent was good, but we met Zak on a listing that is now our home! Zak is funny, sharp, sincere, and knows each step in the sales process in as well as out. I would highly recommend Zac Mazur and his team. We were lucky enough to receive one of his cards in the mail. He met with us on time and was fully prepared to list the property. He made us feel very comfortable with listing the property with him since we were out of state and selling a property in Florida. The photos of our property were fantastic and the property was shown off in the best possible way. We had an offer within two weeks of listing and the closing went very smoothly. He even shipped a small piece of furniture for me that we were unable to fit in our car. He was very empathetic as we were dealing with a death in the family.
